We have a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days from receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. You also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, with instructions on how and where to send the package. Items returned to us without a return request will not be accepted.

Damage and issues
Inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you received the wrong item. Then we can evaluate the problem and resolve it for you.
Exceptions/items that cannot be returned
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (like food, flowers, or plants), customized products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care items (beauty products, for example). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Items on sale or gift cards unfortunately cannot be returned.
Exchange
The fastest way to get the desired item is to return the item you have and purchase the new item separately once the return is accepted.
Statutory 14-day cooling-off period in the EU
Without prejudice to the above, if the goods are shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without giving reasons. As above, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with labels and in the original packaging. You also need a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refund
When we have received and inspected your return, you will be notified and we will also let you know if the return is approved. Upon approval, you will be automatically refunded within ten working days via the original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for the bank or credit card company to process and deposit the refund.
